The Bloom Organization today announced the 51% equity interest sale of its client, South Palm Ambulatory Surgical Center (“South Palm”) to Sheridan Health. South Palm was the surviving entity of a merger of two ASCs. The transaction was structured such that one ASC sold off its assets and its physician partners joined the South Palm ASC. Two months later, the combined center was acquired by a strategic corporate buyer.

The Bloom Organization provided consulting services for the transaction, representing both surgery centers in the merger and the eventual sale to Sheridan Health.
