The Bloom Organization today announced the ground breaking on construction of a new 2 OR, 2 procedure room ASC located in Eatontown, New Jersey. In addition to being a minority equity owner, The Bloom Organization will also develop and manage the center and currently has 21 physician partners in the project. The multi-specialty ASC is estimated to be completed in late 2011 and should be fully operational before the end of 2012.
